I've eaten a lot of Italian in my lifetime, but no lie, this was the best I've ever had. Service was personable, prompt and menu offered everything we liked. Our dinners included the flatbread, grilled eggplant w/homemade pasta, linguini and clams, and a seafood dish. The handmade cannoli and limoncello cake were scarfed up by the four of us. House wine and Italian beers added to the Italian experience. Congrats to the chef, owners and Gary, our server who recited the menu and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
Had a late afternoon lunch and turned into the Absolute Best Surprise of the day. Italy Bottega is true and authentic delivering a real Italian Home feel! Our server Johnny was the Best, ask for him and you won’t be sorry. Smart, engaging, and great service presence! Cannot say enough about our experience, except Thank You Italy Bottega!

Outstanding service, super fresh and delicious food! The caprese panini, spaghetti with clams and chianti were all top notch. This is by far becoming our favorite spot in St Pete. Flavio provided excellent service and conversation. See ya again soon!
If dining out is about the food as much as the experience then this is the place for you. Wonderful service and 5 star dinner. I'm certain that you could try anything on the menu and enjoy the same results.

This restaurant has some of the best Italian food this side of a little place in Paris off Montparnasse. The next spot for food this good is in the town of Amalfi, Italy.

This authentic Italian restaurant was exceptional! The food was incredibly unique and delicious. Our servers paired wine perfectly with each course. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cared about making our visit an experience…which it was. I cannot wait to return.
This place was amazing. The food and atmosphere is phenomenal, but the best thing about this place is Ben’s service. He gave great suggestions and he has a great understanding of all the offerings. We will be back for sure to visit Ben. He is GREAT!
